By using this website, you agree to these terms. They also explain how information is handled as you use the site, alongside my privacy policy. I may change them from time to time, and the date above shows the latest version.
What you can do on this website
- Book a Real Number Session. The booking form sends your details to me so I can call you back.
- Use the calculators. Results show on screen. If you ask for the full breakdown by email, your email address and the result are sent to me.
- Take the Deposit Options Check. It runs in your browser, and your answers aren’t sent anywhere.
- Read the guides. They’re general information, written to help you ask better questions.
You can’t apply for a loan on this website, and nothing on it is an offer of credit.

Collection and use of information
I only collect personal information through this website that is reasonably necessary for what I do: responding to your enquiry, sending what you’ve asked for, and helping you with a loan if you go ahead. How I use and protect it is set out in my privacy policy.
Sensitive information
Sensitive information includes things like your health, racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, memberships of associations or unions, sexual orientation and criminal record. I don’t ask for it through this website. If you choose to include it in a form, it will be stored with your enquiry.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as government agencies and the official sources behind my calculators. I don’t control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. If you reach one of them from here, they may collect information about your visit.
Advertising and tracking
I advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this website uses the Meta Pixel to measure those ads. When you see one of my ads, Meta uses cookies and similar technology to record information such as your browser, the date and time, and how the ad performed. If you then visit this website, Meta records which pages you view and whether you book a session. It doesn’t receive the answers you give in forms. When you first arrive, the site also notes the page you landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign codes in the link, and sends them with any enquiry you make, so I know which ads and pages are useful.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser, which can be read again later. Cookies on this website are set by the Meta Pixel and are used to:
- recognise your browser on a return visit;
- measure how my ads perform, and show my ads to people who have visited;
- count visits and pages viewed, for statistics.
The site also uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, to remember how you arrived for the length of your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
IP addresses
Your IP address identifies your device on the internet. The company that hosts this website, and Meta through the Pixel, may record it when you visit, for security, statistics and advertising measurement.
Forms you send
When you send the booking form or ask for a calculator breakdown, what you’ve entered is sent to my customer relationship management system so I can respond. Forms aren’t saved part-way: if you leave before sending, nothing is kept.
Security of information
The security of your information is important to me. I take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure, and I review my systems as security technology develops. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure. When I no longer need your information and the law allows, I take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Direct marketing
I won’t use sensitive information about you for marketing without your consent. I may use your other personal information to send you information about home loans and related services. If you don’t want to receive it, or you want to know where I got your details, email [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and I’ll act on it as soon as practicable.
Information held outside Australia
Meta, and the customer relationship management system that receives website enquiries, may store information in the United States. My privacy policy explains when else information may be held overseas.
Names, logos and content
The Pace Home Loans name, logo and the content of this website belong to Acevantage Pty Ltd unless another owner is named. You may share links to pages and quote short passages with a link back, but please don’t copy, scrape or republish the content for commercial purposes, or use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with others using it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
